Project
Summary:
The Project preserves all existing palm trees and other mature trees, with mulch and protection measures to improve soil health and retain shade. The reserve will feature a low-maintenance natural lawn area, a looping gravel path for access, and a concrete path connecting key facilities. A rock-lined swale will manage stormwater, and new garden beds with native plants will boost biodiversity. Additional trees will be planted to expand canopy cover and habitat. Amenities include a shelter with seating, a drinking fountain, a bike pump, and a composite timber footbridge. Existing shared paths remain for cyclists and pedestrians, with space allocated for future signage.
