Works at Mine Crescent are progressing well, with irrigation installation currently in progress.

Road surface upgrades have been completed following assessment and preparation to ensure compliance with design and safety standards. New kerb boundaries are now in place, clearly defining the roadway while improving stormwater management.

Footpaths and new car parking bays have been constructed, enhancing pedestrian connectivity and increasing parking capacity for residents and visitors. Concreting works across footpaths and parking areas are now complete, providing durable and finished surfaces throughout the site.

The next stage of works will include installation of site furniture, planting of a feature tree, and broader landscape planting. Lawn establishment and mulching will also be undertaken to complete the landscape works and enhance the streetscape for the local community.
